A perfect showcase of an urban boy’s struggle in rural India, Amazon Prime Video drops the trailer of its upcoming series titled Panchayat. Starring Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta and Raghubir Yadav in pivotal roles will be premiered from April 3, 2020
Amazon Prime Video just treated us with the trailer of its upcoming web series titled Panchayat, all set to entertain you from April 3, 2020 on the OTT platform. Starring some of stellar cast from film and digital world such as Jitendra Kumar, veteran actress Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav and Biswapati Sarkar. Trailer is crystal clear of an young lad from urban area gives nod to a government job which require him to relocate to a rural area and what follows next leads to entertainment.
In this series titled Panchayat, Jitendra is plays a role of secretary in a government office, where he faces shortcomings in each and every step of his work life. Neena Gupta portrays the role of village Pradhan, while Raghubir plays her husband; both are shown impressed with Jitendra. Though want to push the envelope of their daughter's marriage towards him, his low income compel them to step back. We also see Jitendra being upset and irritated, but as they say beyond darkness there is a ray of hope and then series proceeds in that direction.
